Synaptopathies – diagnosis and treatment

An increasing number of neurological and psychiatric disorders are now collectively regarded as synaptopathies, i.e. diseases due to dysfunctional synapses, the junction across which two neurons communicate. Synaptopathies include epilepsy, schizophrenia, neurodegenerative disorders, autism and depression.

Efficient production of non-natural amino acids
