Training Course: "Sewing for social inclusion"

Training course aims developing the competances for upcycling the old clothes through sewing and creating new products. Developing the methods for group sewing workshops as a tool for social inclusion and youth empowerment.

Objectives of the training
- development of methods and tools for social inclusion through sewing group activities-development of sewing competances of participants (knolwedge how to sew, develpemnt of sewing skills and development of attitudes torward sewing craft)
- promotion of sewing the used clothes and textiles as upcycling method for creation new useful items for daily life
- developing diverse ideas, sketches and final products based on sewing and upcycling
- foster networking between youth workers from different countries
- development of participants competances, supporting their personal and professional development
- promote intercultural learning among participants.
