Nanotechnologies offer great potential for achieving sustainable growth, improving the competitiveness of Europe's industries and protecting the environment. They also offer the possibility of creating highly-skilled jobs and increasing European's quality of life.
With Horizon 2020 beginning in 2014, the conference will show how nanotechnologies have an important role to play Europe's key priority areas of excellence in science, industrial leadership and societal challenges.
ENF2013 will focuse on the commercialisation of nanotechnologies, exploiting its potential for new applications and taking them further from enabling technologies to end products. It will also introduce the industry to new innovations for growth opportunities.
