Spreading food safety research data

Researchers working on food safety are building closer networks and promoting the results of their efforts to a wider audience.
Recent scandals have shown how global food supply chains are increasingly complex and interlinked across borders. They contain a severe warning, that food safety is an area that cannot be taken for granted. Food safety needs joint efforts within the EU and beyond.
