ENTREPRENEDU is the Horizon Europe initiative, which assembles innovation stakeholders and educational entities from 6 different European countries: Italy, Bulgaria, Greece, Belgium, Germany and Irealand. Its core mission is to enhance entrepreneurial ecosystems across Europe through education and innovation.
With a focus on nurturing successful entrepreneurs and fostering the creation of groundbreaking technological solutions, ENTREPRENEDU has embarked on a journey to organise a series of 3 business competitions, named HackTheBusiness.
HackTheBusiness - Greece is the second in line and emerges as an exciting entrepreneurship challenge geared towards young minds eager to explore and unveil the mysteries of space technologies. It is designed to engage 30 teams, comprising students, pre-seed startups, and researchers, all driven by the desire to acquire entrepreneurial skills and unleash their potential. The first phase of the event will be organised at the local level across Greece, while the finals will unfold in November (25/11/23), in Athens.
The top 4 teams will not only earn the possibility to network with industry experts and win prizes, but also gain access to a dedicated ENTREPRENEDU mentoring acceleration program.
This program is specifically designed to equip the winning teams with the skills and knowledge required to transform their pioneering ideas into thriving businesses.
HackTheBusiness is made possible through the collaborative efforts of an exceptional team
of organisations and institutions including Fondazione E. Amaldi, Corallia, Cleantech Bulgaria and F6S together with Luiss Guido Carli, Fraunhofer IPK, the European Business Angels Network and University of Thessaly. Their collective expertise and support ensure the success of the hackathon and provide an ideal platform for participants to thrive.
