Divided in 3 workshops, the fifth and final edition of the training will be held between December 2018 and February 2019 at the EBN premises in Brussels (ebn.eu).
A great opportunity for FET-funded researchers to learn how to tailor their research to the market.

After 4 successful editions of FET2RIN training (fet2rin.com) when FET-funded researchers learnt how to look at their research from a business perspective, the FET project representatives will have one more chance to explore the commercialisation potential of their research.
Together with FET2RIN (fet2rin.com) partners, META (http://www.meta-group.com), European Crowdfunding Network - ECN (https://eurocrowd.org/), and European Business and Innovation Centre Network -EBN (ebn.eu), FET2RIN mentors and trainers will help the FET-funded researchers look at their project from a business perspective, assessing its strengths and weaknesses on the route to commercialisation. The researchers will also get the chance to pitch in front of investors and business angels who will assess their project’s business plan, making sure it has a viable business strategy and prospects.
Divided in 3 workshops, the fifth edition of the training will be held between December 2018 and February 2019 at the EBN premises in Brussels:
• 1st workshop: 06 - 07 December 2018
• 2nd workshop: 24 - 25 January 2019
• 3rd workshop: 21 - 22 February 2019
What have FET2RIN participants said about the training:
“You really go 360 around your project and think about all different aspects related to commercialisation. I recommend FET2RIN to all FET projects.” Marko Havu, BREAKBEN project
“Working with a mentor coming from a different field was enlightening for me. We, scientists, need someone to pose intelligent questions as we are often too deep in our research and we don’t see the big picture.” Natalia Dave Coll, Cell Viewer project
PLEASE NOTE: Travel, accommodation and subsistence costs can be reported as project cost for running FET projects.
