In the training course 24 of youth workers (from Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine and Moldova) will learn how to support young people to start their own entrepreneurship activities and to build their personal brands to enter the labour market.

This training course is implemented in framework of KA2 project "Entrepreneurial EAST (Entrepreneurship Activities – Strategic Training)”. In the project are involved 4 partners:
1. “MilleniuM” Training and Development Institute from Moldova
2. RED-Creative Effects Workshop from Latvia
3. OleLukoe from Estonia
4. Vinnytsia Regional Center for Information KREATIV from Ukraine

In the training course 24 of youth workers (from Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine and Moldova) will learn how to support young people to start their own entrepreneurship activities and to build their personal brands to enter the labour market.

If you are youth worker or trainers and want to develop competencies in working methods with young people and create entrepreneurial educational programme in order to help youngsters to starts their entrepreneurship activities are very welcome to join our training course.

As a result of the training 24 youth workers will be involved in long-term qualitative international practical entrepreneurial education practice, supporting more than 80 young people and strengthening their entrepreneurial and intercultural competence, future work skills and improving their chances to enter the labour market of 21st century or start their own business and provide the workplaces for others.

Participants’ profile we are looking for:
• working in youth organisation or institution linked to the youth field;
• resident of Latvia, Estonia, Moldova or Ukraine;
• 18+ years old;
• able to communicate in English (main working language);
• experienced in organising educational activities for young people;
• are willing to develop innovative practices within the field of youth entrepreneurship on national level;
• ready to take active part in the whole training course (international training course 25 August – 2 September 2018 in Moldova plus local initiative in their country during the period September – November 2018).
