The course aims at analysing the problems deriving from the application of the EU legislation, guidelines and communications on state aid control to direct and indirect funds.
In particular, projects in the fields of research and development, environment, training and promotion of entrepreneurship will be examined.
The course will cover the obligations of universities, public research bodies and other public bodies, as well as companies, with particular regard for SMEs.
Main Contents:
• General framework of EU legislation on state aid;
• Special categories of aid: research and development, education and training, environmental protection, other specific schemes;
• Aid under the de minimis scheme and General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER);
• The notion of "enterprise" and related issues for public and private bodies, including universities and research centres;
• Issues deriving from the application of the state aid framework with regard to direct and indirect funds, such as the LIFE Programme, the Interreg Programmes and the National/Regional Operational Programmes;
• Practical cases and examples for filling in templates.
THE COURSE WILL BE HELD IN ITALIAN. Courses can also be offered in English on demand.

COURSE FEE: € 700+VAT. It is possible to benefit from a special rate for the registration of two or more people from the same department/office (€ 600,00+VAT each person).
