A new technology of control of bee families, named Apivox Auditor, based on the acoustic signals, which they generate, showed excellent results in the second season of its testing in apiaries. New algorithms for allotment of useful components of acoustic signals of bees, and the creation of table of states of bee's colony, based on scattered data received by researchers from Britain, the United States and Russia, gave stable and quite reliable results.

The technology of acoustic control, based on our new algorithms, allows us to determine the state of bee families associated with honey collection, about redundancy, or lack of family volume, about the presence of the queen in the family and its condition, about the presence of signs of swarming state, and about quality of wintering of the family. And all this without opening the hive and without disturbing bees.
The technology passed two test seasons in apiaries, and not only showed its suitability for practical work, but also the suitability for scientific work. With the help of this technology, new interesting data on the behavior of bees have been obtained, and the results of researches, made by academic scientists, have been confirmed.
Created on the basis of the smartphone and our technology, the acoustic control device, in combination with basic knowledge of beekeeping, given in schools and courses, will allow beginners to feel quite confident in the apiary. This will attract more people to beekeeping. The use of smartphones, familiar for young people in their everyday life, will make it easier to integrate young people into such a difficult agricultural sector as beekeeping. The minimal disturbance of bees during the process of using this technology, will improve the conditions of their maintenance by reducing the number of necessary direct interventions in their life. All of this, as a whole, will allow a better understanding of the bees life and will help to make one more step towards the preservation bees population on Earth.
