The EC has recently taken the initiative to bring the PM² Methodology closer to its broader stakeholders and user community in order to establish a common project management language and process for projects. Implementing a common PM language across the entire H2020 Programme will increase effectiveness, collaboration, efficiency and success and thus, understanding and implementing the PM² Methodology is essential for anyone participating or dealing with European projects.
