In the current context of economic crisis, youth unemployment continues to rise everywhere in Europe. This worrying trend had encouraged the European Network of Foundations for Social Economy to launch, in 2011, a European Prize throughout the European Union entitled “For youth employment in the Social Economy”. Its goal is to identify and encourage exemplary entrepreneurial initiatives which can be deployed in other European countries as well.
Participation in this Prize is reserved for social economy enterprises:
Whose head office is based in one of the member states of the European Union or in Morocco
Which were created between 15 May 2011 and 15 November 2012 by at least two (2) young people
Which have created jobs for young people Enterprises having already been subsidised via other prizes or competitions may still participate.
The application form must be submitted before 15 June 2013 at midnight, to the following e-mail address: pefondes@pv.be.
