This workshop is aimed at project coordinators, managers and administrators of H2020 collaborative research & innovation projects under Horizon 2020. It will show them how to:
• prepare for managing the project: establishing the rules and processes for decision taking, creating a quality process to check deliverables, use of management websites and email lists to support communication, draft a project handbook plus templates for meeting agendas and reports, deliverables, and partner progress reports.
• interact with the European Commission in submitting progress reports and deliverables, gaining approval and payment, preparing for technical reviews and amending the grant agreement
• work with the consortium to keep the project on schedule, submit reports on time, transfer budgets and work, handle poorly performing partners, and control the EU cash flow.
The workshop focuses on projects in the Societal Challenges and Enabling & Industrial Technologies areas of H2020
