Workshop Date: 4th April 2017
Workshop Location: Cambridge, UK
Workshop Organiser: Singleimage Limited
The Workshop
• In the past, nearly half of all EU funded research and innovation projects overran. Now the EC questions every request to increase project duration. Do you know how to keep your consortium project on schedule?
• All members of a consortium are responsible for completion of their joint project. How do you protect yourself against poor quality work by other members of the consortium?
• In one third of projects, consortium members leave part way through the project, or join it or both. Who decides these changes: the coordinator, the consortium or the EC?
• Should a coordinator distribute all payments immediately they are received from the EC? Or should they retain some in case of non-performance?
This workshop is aimed at project coordinators, managers and administrators of collaborative research and innovation projects under Horizon 2020.
The workshop focuses on projects in the Societal Challenges and Enabling & Industrial Technologies areas of H2020. Note: those requiring information on the financial aspects of H2020 should attend one of our finance workshops.
The workshop is designed to be interactive, and questions can be asked at any time. To facilitate this, attendance is limited to 24 participants.
