The Workshop

This workshop is aimed at project coordinators, managers and administrators of H2020 collaborative research projects under the Research Framework Programme. It will show them how to:

Prepare for managing the project: establishing the rules and processes for decision taking, creating a quality process to check deliverables, use of management websites and email lists to support communication, draft a project handbook plus templates for meeting agendas and reports, deliverables, and partner progress reports.
Interact with the European Commission in submitting progress reports and deliverables, gaining approval and payment, preparing for technical reviews and amending the grant agreement.

Work with the consortium to keep the project on schedule, submit reports on time, transfer budgets and work, handle poorly performing partners, and control the EU cash flow.

The workshop focuses on collaborative research projects in the H2020 Societal Challenges and Enabling & Industrial Technologies. Note: those requiring information on the financial aspects of Horizon 2020 should attend one of our finance workshops.

Each workshop is designed to be interactive, and questions can be asked at any time. To facilitate this, attendance is limited to 24 participants. Our workshops are all given in English
